Today's piece is dedicated to someone i met, when i dabbled with helping out at a haunted house, i wish that whole scenario would have worked out much better, but having a child, a job already, and a husband who worked 50+ hours every week, it just wasn't going to work out. On the absolute positive note, my collection of new found friends is extraordinary! So many different types of people, so many new makeup enthusiasts, i have worked away into a different field, but i still have a huge spot in my heart for the body painting that i did!
This design originated from an image she found online, but being a haunt enthusiast... it just was not dark enough for her, she wanted me to brittle up the bones, and just make it less pretty, and more macabre, which.... if anyone knows my work, i do love me some dark art, so i took the design and swapped things around, added cracks, and dents, spiders, and cobwebs, and changed the shading layout to be one of high contrast (it is my favorite, i think high contrast black and white it is captivating). it isnt perfect, but i tend to see everything that could possibly be wrong with what i do.
The important thing is she loves it, and it has received some high regards from friends who have seen it today, so now i bring it to you all.
